Returns Policy

Our Return Policy is designed with the ultimate goal of ensuring the ongoing happiness of our customers. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.

The Ruby Vixen Return Policy has a validation period of 30 days from date of delivery. We will process refunds via the same payment method you used to place the order. It may take your financial institution 3-5 business days to refund the money to your account once we have processed the refund request.  

Please choose carefully as due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a return or exchange on used/open sex toys. 

We are not able to cover damage to garments that are the result of improper laundering. Please follow all care instructions carefully.

Please note: Flat rate postage fees may apply to return orders (tracking number will be required as proof of lodgement). Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge.

Before returning a faulty product, may we please ask you to follow a few simple testing procedures as follows:

If your product is rechargeable:
* Ensure the product is fully charged.
* Ensure the light (if any) is illuminating to show the product is connected to the charger.
* Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on.
* For potential travel lock, if there are multiple buttons, hold them simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to disable.

If your product is battery operated:

  • Ensure batteries that are used are of correct type
  • Ensure batteries have been inserted into the product correctly
  • Try new batteries as you may be using old worn out batteries
  • Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture
  • Make sure any security seal has been removed from the battery compartment
