Our Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once we’ve processed your refund, please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the funds back into your account.
A Few Important Things to Know

For health and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, used, washed, or opened.

We can’t accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect laundering, so please follow all care instructions carefully (they’re there for a reason).

Return postage costs may apply. All returns must include a tracking number as proof of lodgement.
Faulty Items (We’ve Got You)
If your return relates to a faulty item, we’ll take care of it:
